Question: I don't like my logo and want changes. Can revisions be made?

Answer: Unfortunately, making changes to the logo is not possible, as it is not a fully customized design within the given price. This information is also specified in the product description. For a customized logo, we recommend consulting a designer specializing in Brand Design, who can cater to your specific requirements. Please note that emails regarding logo modifications will not be answered, as this policy is outlined in the product description and terms and conditions.

Question: Is a refund possible for my purchase?

Answer: Unfortunately, refunds are not possible as the purchase involves a digital product and, in some cases, personalized items. This policy is outlined in our refund guidelines.

Question: What file formats will be provided for my logo?

Answer: You will always receive a PNG file with your logo. If you require additional file formats such as SVG, PDF, or JPEG, please feel free to request them via email, and we'll be happy to provide them for you.

Question: What design can I expect when placing an order?

Answer: You can expect the exact design showcased in the example images, including the style and font. It is not possible to use a different font than the one displayed in the example images. Your final design will closely resemble what is depicted in the provided samples.

Question: What do I get when I order a logo with a video?

Answer: When you order a logo with a video, you receive both the logo itself and the creative process of designing the logo in video format. The video is structured similarly to my reels on Instagram and TikToks, providing insight into the logo creation journey. (@lumierenoirestudio)

Question: What is the difference between a personal and commercial license?

Answer: The personal license is solely for personal use, such as weddings, tattoos, or personal images. Additionally, the logo under a personal license may be used multiple times. The commercial license, on the other hand, allows for any business-related purposes but cannot be registered as a trademark. Similar logos might exist. You can try to register your logo as a trademark, but I cannot guarantee that the logo will be registered. The license is acquired upon purchase, and no additional PDF is provided.
